I don't know how to intentionally cause https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/issues/1591 to see if it's fixed, but let's make sure posting in general doesn't do anything unexpected.

Here's an image. I am attempting to submit this post without rendering the preview first.

Similarly to pasting in an image with right mouse click, this way also avoids any keyboard activity before pressing "Save", and also includes the Markdown for displaying the successfully uploaded image in the Body field (press "Edit" to see it), and omits the image from the HTML (again suggesting the HTML was not updated before uploading) but this time there is no "Uploading, please wait..." message in the rendered HTML (compare with the saved post using right mouse click). That message is added briefly when adding an image using the "insert image" button, but it seems to be removed before upload, unlike when pasting in an image with right mouse click.
