I don't know how to intentionally cause https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/issues/1591 to see if it's fixed, but let's make sure posting in general doesn't do anything unexpected.

Here's an image. I am attempting to submit this post without rendering the preview first.

(But failed -- I never clicked outside of the editor, but it rendered anyway. Oh well - let's post this anyway and see what happens.)

Different outcomes for the 5 ways of adding an image to a post

Both ways that involve ctrl+V require putting the keyboard cursor in the "Body" field first, and the preview updates spontaneously without any further interaction.

Pasting an image with right mouse click, or uploading it with the "Insert image" button both omit updating the preview unless you have further activity in the "Body" field.

Pasting image Markdown text with right mouse click does not immediately update the preview, but the preview does update upon pressing "Save", so the saved post includes the image correctly.

In all 5 cases the Markdown correctly includes the image, it's just about whether the HTML sent with it is up to date.
