I wasn't sure if they *should* be possible, but I was just testing a few random things. If it's sometimes wanted and sometimes not, should it be a per category setting like tag sets? (Not relevant to this testing, just made me wonder.) (more) |

I tried starting to edit this post, and the MathJax displayed correctly in the preview. I then copied the raw text and pasted it into a draft of a new answer, and the MathJax displayed correctly in the preview there too.
