Has "show it anyway" ever worked as expected?
Test should be considered outdated when [PR 1647](https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/pull/1647) lands.

Checking whether the "Skipping 1 deleted comment. Show it anyway" ever worked as advertised. Seems like it always shows all deleted comments on the thread.
