Perhaps some characters should not be allowed in post titles under certain circumstances. Khmer Vowel Inherent Aa can appear invisible sometimes. I don't understand Unicode or Khmer, so I don't know how to make it appear, but presumably, there's a way to check if it's going to be displayed.
